· Normally and visually inspect the radiators by checking the corrosion, damage, and leakage if any arrived in the radiator. A leakage can create a great damage to your vehicle. Check the cooling cores from being damaged and getting effected. Check the mounting bolts and brackets whether they are properly mounted or not.· Then look inside the radiator and also look inside the tank if there is any thing wrong. Look for excessive corrosion inside it, which may create damage and check the interior of the radiator.
· Inspect carefully all the joints and all the fittings in the radiator. Also look for corrosion, accumulation, weakness of mineral deposits and sediments.

· The main problem is the leakage of the radiator. It occurs in cars, which are getting older and may cause wear of the vehicles parts. The car has to be properly maintained by changing the corrosion bolts and other parts as they may create an obstacle.
· The cracked tank is another obstacle; normally it is caused by corrosion or by the excessive pressure caused on the tank. But many of the radiators have removable tanks, which can be replaced when damaged.
